On the eve of his 5th birthday, Justin got to ride in a front loader and an excavator! This sweet boy changed our family forever and I am so grateful for every moment with him. Can't wait to see what year 5 will be like! You are so special and so smart! I love you my sweet little Justy!

Justin had a change of heart for snow day number 2. They played outside for a long time and even slid under the fence into the neighbors yard!
We have been under a severe winter storm watch all day. We have had several of these over the last 6 years that we have been in the USA. The storms in Nashville were laughable and we only really had enough snow to get the sleds out once or twice. Today's storm was a good one! The kids were pretty excited to get outside and get on their sleds. Justin and Emily both thought it was fun for about 10 minutes. Justin went down the backyard driveway hill twice and then got some snow down his neck. He declared that this was the worst day of his life and went in the house. Emily lasted an additional 3 minutes and gave up when I wouldn't carry her.
Tyler LOVED it! We played out back for a few more minutes and then went to the school with the neighbors. It was great! It is evident that he is CANADIAN!!!
It's so hard to resist climbing on your brother when he is sleeping on the couch.
